Job title: Fabric Engineer

Location: Battersea, London

Terms: Monday to Friday Days, (8am - 5pm)

Salary/rate: Salary is paying up to 38,000 depending on experience.

About the company: A well-established maintenance provider who are currently recruiting for a Fabric Engineer working on one of their Iconic Contracts in Battersea. This reputable company are big believers in promoting staff internally and are currently looking to add a strong Fabric Engineer to their team.

About the role: We are looking to take on board a strong Fabric Engineer to work on an Iconic contract based in Battersea, London.

Working hours: Mon-Fri (Days) working 08:00 - 16:00

Responsibilities:

• Painting
• Decorating
• Plastering
• Replacing doors / handles / locks
• Tap temperature readings
• Replacing lamps
• Basic plumbing
• Emergency light testing
• Carpentry - repairing skirting, doors, furniture assembly
• Minor electrical work - replacing sockets, changing plugs
• Changing filters on AC units
• Assisting/shadowing M&E engineers with larger works

Candidate requirements:

• The ideal candidate is client facing (job activities that involve direct interaction or contact with a client or customer)
• The ideal candidate would have experience working on Healthcare Contracts
• Strong building services background
