Qualifications

  • Experience as a fabric engineer/handyperson in commercial/residential settings.
  • Trades qualifications are desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance tasks including painting, plumbing, and electrical works.
  • Act as the point of contact for clients on site.
  • Conduct emergency light testing and fire alarm checks.

Join a leading FM company as a fabric engineer in Central London.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about maintenance and repair work to thrive on a large site.

Working Hours:
Monday - Friday (plenty of overtime available)
Salary:
£35,000 - £37,000 + company benefits
Pension, private health care & plenty other company benefits
Based in Central London

Responsibilities:

  1. Painting & Decorating
  2. Point of contact for the client
  3. Tiling
  4. Carpentry
  5. Plumbing
  6. Drainage & flushing
  7. Changing light bulbs
  8. Emergency light testing
  9. Fire alarm/door testing
  10. Grouting & Plastering
  11. Electrical works
  12. Repairing building fixtures: doors, handles, windows etc.

Requirements:
  1. Experience as a building services fabric engineer/handyperson in a commercial/high end residential setting
  2. Trades qualifications - C&G / NVQ in plumbing, Electrical, carpentry, or painting & decorating (desirable, though not essential)
