Fabric Engineer

As part of our growing Engineering family, we are looking for a Multi Skilled Engineer OR Fabric Engineer to provide a building fabric maintenance and repairs service. The role sits within our facility support service and covers a diverse range of clients, industries, and sectors.

The ideal candidate would have a background in facilities management, a trade scheme, or served experience. You will be responsible for delivering a building fabric service such as minor plumbing, carpentry, painting and decorating, and patch repairs.

Ideally, you will have worked in the building services sector, or similar, with basic electrical and/or plumbing skills. You should be physically fit as the role does involve some manual handling, working at heights, and in confined spaces.

The client is looking to appoint swiftly and will conduct a two-stage interview process. The initial call will be on MS Teams and the second will be in person. The client offers excellent benefits and a competitive salary.
