Job Description:
The key responsibilities of a Studio Manager are the growth and operations of their studio and team. Ultimately the Studio Manager’s main responsibility is to grow the business and therefore takes the lead on all membership sales - from lead to membership conversion. Your financial and professional success will be dictated by whether or not the business performs financially.
They will also be responsible for maintaining the standard of excellence in the studio and from all employees, as well as onboarding and hiring new team members. This role also leads the day-to-day management of the studio, social media, member care, and training classes.
Therefore the ideal candidate is equipped with a background in sales, a history of fitness management amazing communication skills, is equipped to teach the product effectively, and exceptional team leadership capabilities.
