F&O Team Leader

Job Title: D365 F&O Team Lead - £65k - £70k

Pearson Carter is currently working with a Growing Global End User based out of the UK/Europe. They are looking to bring on board a D365 F&O Team Lead to lead a small team of 3 people. They seek someone with strong F&O knowledge and proven experience.

They offer an excellent salary of up to £70K max depending on experience + 25 days holiday + home-based working!

Responsibilities

1. Lead, coach, and motivate the team.
2. Manage the team and pipeline for the Head of Business Applications.
3. Experience in managing or working with teams.
4. Hands-on elements of F&O implementation.
5. Support the team in delivering objectives.
6. Strong understanding of D365.

Experience

1. Aggressive growth mindset.
2. Experience in coaching and mentoring.
3. Desire to make a difference.
4. Business partnership experience.
5. Manufacturing understanding is advantageous.
6. Minimum of 2-3 years of F&O experience.

Location: Home-based working.

The Microsoft Dynamics F&O client has an office in the UK and Denmark. Please note, this is a home-based role, but travel to the UK and Denmark offices, as well as client sites, may be required.
