An amazing opportunity of F&B Restaurant Manager has become available at Banksia (within Hotel Indigo Leeds), which will open in around May 2025 following a multimillion-pound refurbishment programme.


While situated within Hotel Indigo, Banksia will very much operate as a self-sufficient restaurant and bar concept to delight both locals and hotel guests alike. Banksia Restaurant & Bar will provide Mediterranean Cuisine from Breakfast, Brunch, through to pre-dinner grazing plates and full evening dining experience.

At one of IHG's leading lifestyle properties, and the first Hotel Indigo in Leeds, we're looking for an experienced and inspiring Restaurant Manager to make Banksia Restaurant stand out within the Leeds vibrant dining scene.


As the F&B Restaurant Manager it will be your responsibility to oversee all F&B operations (including room service and M&E), but most of your focus will be on the Banksia Bar & Restaurant. You will ensure profit and cost margins are met and kept in line with budget through cooperation with the Head Chef and wider team. The Kitchen team have the autonomy to show their creativity, flair and passion for Mediterranean cuisine, with the flexibility of creating menus. So, we need an equally charismatic, hands-on leader for this role to bring the whole experience together.
