I am currently recruiting for a F&B Manager to join this boutique hotel set in Worcestershire. My client is looking for F&B Manager to oversee the restaurants and their operations across the hotel. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning hotel.

About the position
  • Responsible for a smooth running of the restaurant & bar outlets
  • Create and implement weekly activities in the restaurant and bar
  • Drive staff training to the highest level
  • Work closely with all departments to ensure the best results are met
  • Assume responsibility of the operations, stock takes and financial results
The successful candidate
  • Will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in hotels
  • A strong understanding of operations, forecasting and budgets
  • A high level of customer service
  • Experience with high volume
  • Have a can-do attitude and be willing to go the extra mile
  • Strong knowledge and a passion for food and drink
