F&B Assistant

Marco Pierre White Steakhouse, located in Leonardo Hotel XXX, is looking for a Food and Beverage Assistant to bring their bright and passionate personality to the team!

Marco Pierre White is an acclaimed chef, restauranteur and TV personality. He has many restaurants across the UK and Ireland, some of which are located in our hotels! Marco Pierre White Steakhouse Bar & Grill is a traditional steakhouse where Marco himself exclusively curates the menu. It features classical dishes from our childhood favourites to modern-day delicacies, all cooked using the best locally sourced ingredients.

As a Food & Beverage Assistant, we want you to bring your passionate and hospitable personality to work with you every day. Working with the Food & Beverage team, you will be an ambassador for both the Leonardo Hotels and MPW brands, providing attentive and first-class service to ensure every guest's experience is a memorable one.

As a Food & Beverage Assistant, You Will:

• Be yourself!
• Prepare the restaurant for service, ensuring high standards of presentation.
• Share your positive energy with guests and your team.
• Ensure that guests have a great experience in our restaurant and bar, and are leaving with a desire to come back again!
• Have a can-do attitude.
• Be confident in speaking with guests and the team – we love building a good rapport.
• Have a good understanding of both the MPW menu and wider guest experience offering in the hotel.
