• Confidence in supporting children on a 1:1 or small group basis
• A passionate approach to children's learning
• The ability to assist the class teacher in delivering engaging, age-appropriate lessons for early years students
• A willingness to contribute positively to a happy team and become involved in wider aspects of education
• Excellent basic skills in English and Maths
• A high skilled level of communication
• Good knowledge of EYFS curriculum
