EYFS Teacher in Central Bristol

Your new company
Here at Hays, we are currently recruiting for an EYFS Teacher in Term 5 to provide nurturing, high-quality education. We are currently working with a local central Bristol school that creates a fun, play-based learning environment in which children can thrive. This BS1 school is in search of a teacher to work on a full-time basis in this EYFS classroom. This school is located along a public bus route and has a car park too.

Your new role
As an EYFS Class Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping young minds during their crucial early years. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Planning and delivering engaging activities that promote children's development across all areas (physical, social, emotional, and cognitive)
  2. Creating a safe and stimulating learning environment
  3. Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  4. Assessing and tracking children's progress
  5. Collaborating with other staff members to enhance the overall nursery experience

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you should have:

  1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent early years teaching qualification
  2. A genuine passion for working with young children
  3. Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with parents and families
  4. Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
