Key Responsibilities:
- Create a safe and nurturing learning environment for young students.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of students.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to both students and parents on a regular basis.
- Foster a love of learning and help students develop essential skills for their future academic success.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant subject area (PGCE or equivalent preferred).
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or in the process of obtaining QTS, or Level 4 HLTA qualification.
- Experience working with young children in a primary school setting, with a strong understanding of the UK curriculum.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Passion for working with children and dedication to fostering their social, emotional, and academic development.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute positively to a supportive school community.
