An established industry player is seeking dedicated Outreach Teaching Assistants to support students with complex needs. This role involves providing face-to-face tutoring for children requiring additional educational support, particularly those with SEMH and ASC challenges. The position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with schools and councils, ensuring students receive the tailored assistance they need. Ackerman Pierce works closely with County Councils and Schools to provide one-to-one tutoring for children waiting for school placements. The children we are looking to support have a range of additional complex needs, and so we are seeking experienced SEN/HLTA's/tutors/teachers.
We are currently recruiting for Specialist Outreach educators and support staff to provide face-to-face provision to students who need access to Alternative provision, this could be due to SEND/SEMH, so experience in this is required. The role is to start ASAP.
