Salary: Up to £30,000

Hours: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30

Our client, one of the UK's leading freight forwarding companies, is looking for an Export Coordinator to join their team. With over 160 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry, our client is best known for putting people first in everything they do.

Main Duties:

1. Managing the end-to-end process of export shipments, monitoring throughout and resolving any issues that may arise.
2. Coordinating the preparation of documentation when required, ensuring compliance with regulations.
3. Communicating with clients and providing them with accurate updates in a timely manner.
4. Forming relationships with customs agents, suppliers, and carriers to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

1. Customs knowledge
2. 2+ years' experience in Air, Ocean, or Road operations
3. Experience in Imports or Exports
4. Previous experience within a freight forwarding company
5. High level of communication skills
6. Commercial knowledge
