Main Duties:

• Managing the end-to-end process of export shipments, monitoring throughout and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Coordinating the preparation of documentation when required, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Communicating with clients, providing them with accurate updates in a timely manner.
• Forming relationships with customs agents, suppliers, and carriers to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Customs knowledge
• 2+ years' experience in Air, Ocean, or Road operations
• Experience in Imports or Exports
• Previous experience within a freight forwarding company
• High level of communication skills
• Commercial knowledge
