Salary: £25,000-£30,000 (DOE)
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Type: Permanent

My client is a logistics and shipping company with a strong presence across Ireland, the UK, Europe, and Asia, who are looking for 2 Export Co-ordinators to join their team!

The Role:
You'll play a key role in managing export operations, ensuring smooth logistics, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Data entry, booking collections & export entry processing
2. Handling customer queries and providing top-tier service
3. Co-ordinating export groupage and full-load movements
4. Liaising with transport companies to meet delivery schedules
5. Monitoring emails
6. Supporting the team with various operational duties
7. Late finish once a week for loading & customs completion

What You Need to Be Considered:

1. Minimum 12 months experience in groupage shipping
2. Strong exports & customs knowledge
3. Ability to meet deadlines
4. Computer literate
5. Great attention to detail
6. Excellent communication & customer service skills
