Experienced Tractor Driver & Sprayer Operator jobs - Warwickshire / Leicestershire border

We are a mixed farm of salad, veg, and arable, looking for an experienced tractor driver and sprayer operator to become a key part of our farming operation. The farm runs up-to-date and modern machinery and adopts the latest technologies.

Day to day tasks will include:

1. General cultivations
2. Ground preparation
3. Drilling
4. Spraying
5. Some irrigation

The candidate:

• Must have a good eye for detail and be willing to work individually and as part of a small friendly team.
• Farming and machinery experience is essential, including GPS equipment.
• PA1 and PA2 and spraying experience is essential.

Additional training can be offered to the right candidate. We're not just looking for tractor drivers; we're looking for key people to drive the business forward. We will invest in the right candidate, and they will have the opportunity to progress within this fast-expanding business.

Location: The main farm is located near to the village of Wolvey, Hinckley on the Leicestershire/Warwickshire border. We are spread out across Warwickshire.

Pay: Excellent rates of pay dependent on experience.
