Due to the expansion of the arable side of the business, this modern dairy farm, located just outside Bromyard, Herefordshire is looking to add an enthusiastic, self-motivated, experienced tractor driver to join the expanding team.

This is a great opportunity for a motivated, forward-thinking individual who wants to play a large part in this modern, progressive, family business.

We are proud to farm over 1,200 acres which is largely maize, grassland, and wheat, primarily to feed the dairy herd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of their own personal tractor and will be working with well-maintained, regularly serviced, modern machinery, with GPS.

Candidate Requirements:

• A good understanding of basic machinery maintenance and a general knowledge of arable management
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Organised and proud of their work
• Must be a good representative of the farming business
• Basic understanding of dairy and TMR feeding is a bonus, but not essential

Working Hours: Standard hours are 7.30am - 5.00pm, Monday - Friday, working one weekend in 3 for TMR feeding the dairy herd. However, hours will vary with the season.

Accommodation: Well-equipped mobile home accommodation can be provided for the right individual.
