Excellent verbal and written communication is key, and a documented, organized approach to your work is also important to ensure customer details and support tickets are correctly documented. There is large potential for growth inside a dynamic and growing business, perfectly suited to a 2nd to 3rd line support technician looking for a variety of work and wanting to take on a new challenge with a new product line.
