What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking an empathetic, patient, and qualified teacher who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and has experience in SEN education or is keen to develop their expertise in this area.
- Has a strong understanding of various SEN needs (e.g., autism, dyslexia, speech and language difficulties, etc.).
- Demonstrates a creative, flexible approach to teaching, tailoring lessons to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Is able to engage and motivate students by creating a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Is committed to ongoing professional development and is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with SEN.
