About Optima Site Solutions Ltd:

24 years in, Optima Site Solutions Ltd continues to grow. As a part of this development, we are looking to add new talent to our successful sales team in Hampton, Middlesex. We require experienced recruitment consultants to start in our Hampton office to service clients across the UK. The ideal candidate will have previously worked as a recruitment consultant, delivering a professional recruitment experience, with ideally at least 2 years of work within the Construction/M&E sector. However, we would consider talented individuals with a flair for sales in other industries/sectors. A successful applicant would be enthusiastic, naturally competitive, and hungry for financial rewards. They would also need to be resilient and tenacious to thrive in this demanding position. The bonus scheme offered to recruitment consultants at Optima is market leading and uncapped.

Responsibilities:

  1. Telephone and face-to-face sales
  2. Presenting and demonstrating Optima’s services to prospective customers
  3. Managing a busy and demanding 360 desk
  4. Developing long-lasting relationships with both clients and candidates
  5. Utilising and maintaining our state-of-the-art software package
  6. Managing the compliance associated with working in this sector

Qualifications:

  1. Recruitment experience is essential, as are demonstrable sales skills and a hungry attitude.
  2. Ability to foster and maintain business relations with both clients and candidates.
  3. A background in temporary and permanent recruitment in the Construction, M&E or associated sectors would be highly beneficial.
  4. A professional individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. A strong desire to succeed and grow their billing profits.
  6. Strong attention to detail.
  7. Ability to self-motivate but also take direction when required.
