Job description

We are currently looking for a Receptionist to join a corporate firm based in Old Street. This is a relatively small family office and requires solid experience. This position will be working Monday - Friday and will be paying 32.5k.

The role

  1. Answer and direct all phone calls
  2. Greet all office guests
  3. Schedule meetings, client visits and company events
  4. Stock the copy rooms and lounge
  5. Validate guest parking
  6. Support the office manager and administrative assistants
  7. Process invoices
