THE ROLE:

A busy regional law firm is looking for a Private Client Solicitor with 3 years’ + PQE to join its thriving private client team.

You will manage a caseload encompassing the full remit of private client work, including estate planning, drafting wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, trust administration, probate, and inheritance tax planning, as well as providing guidance and support to a range of charities.

THE CANDIDATE:

You will have experience across all areas of private client law, have managed your own caseload, and have excellent time management skills. You will possess excellent client care and communication skills, be able to put clients at ease, and enjoy the client-facing demands of the role.

STEP is preferred but not essential, though the firm welcomes applications from those who are keen to take the qualification and are generally ambitious and proactive.
