Job Title: Experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK's largest RIBA chartered practices who provide expert design services across the UK. They are on the lookout for an experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant to help work on a variety of projects across the commercial and residential sectors for their team in their London studios.

To be successful in applying for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant, you will need relevant experience as a Part 2 within a UK practice and ideally have work experience within the residential sector. The successful candidate will need to possess a passion for architecture and experience across a range of software such as AutoCAD and Revit.

Skills, Experience, and Responsibilities:

1. A minimum of 1 year's experience as a Part 2 Architectural Assistant within a UK practice
2. Completed your RIBA Part 1 qualification
3. Experience with industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketchup
4. Experience working on projects within the residential sector
5. Excellent presentation skills
6. Strong attention to detail
7. Strong passion for architecture and the built environment
8. Excellent organisational and communication skills
9. UK driving license
