Salary: £12.50 per hour

Hours: Full Time - Days & Waking Nights

Aspirations Care are looking for experienced Intensive Support Workers to join the team in our intensive service in Birmingham. You will be confident and willing to access the community with the service users.

The ideal candidate will have a 'get up and go' attitude, be resilient, be able to hold good conversation and have excellent communication skills. They will be trustworthy, reliable and fiesty.

The service is a development of self-contained/single occupancy apartments in the community of Stechford, Birmingham.

What will the job involve?

• Assisting our people to improve their knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Offer stimulation and motivation through conversation and social activity.
• Assisting with meal preparation, cooking, and cleaning.
• Booking and attending health care appointments with our people.
• Reporting any safeguarding concerns to the management team.
• Maintaining records by keeping care plans and risk assessments up to date.
