Experienced HVAC Service Technician

Job Description

Opportunity to be directly hired with the company. We are seeking to fill a full-time, Experienced HVAC Service Technician to perform skilled HVAC services across various facilities, including installations, diagnosis, maintenance, and repairs. The technician will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of mechanical and HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems.
2. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
3. Maintain records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance schedules.
4. Work collaboratively with the Facilities Director and other team members to support operational needs.

Qualifications:

1. High School Diploma/GED
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a professional HVAC Technician.
3. Extensive knowledge of HVAC equipment, automated building systems control software, and mechanical systems.
4. Valid Washington State driver’s license required.
