With offices spread out across South Wales, my client is a well-established Civil and Structural Design consultancy dedicated to innovative design and sustainable construction. We're looking for an enthusiastic Graduate Civil Engineer to join a growing team in Cardiff and contribute to a variety of exciting projects across highways, infrastructure, and drainage works.
As a Graduate Civil Engineer you will:
Design & Analysis: Develop designs of infrastructure/highways related projects.
Project Management: Oversee projects from initial concept through to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and client communications.
Technical Excellence: Perform design analysis using advanced software tools and provide technical solutions to complex engineering challenges.
Collaboration: Work closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.
Site Inspections: Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.

In order to be considered for this Graduate Civil Engineer:
Qualifications: A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
A minimum of 1-2 years consultancy experience.
An understanding of Civils 3D and Microdrainage would be beneficial.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to provide innovative and practical solutions to engineering problems.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients and team members.
Driving License: A full UK driving license is preferred, as site visits will be part of the role.
