Job Title: Experienced Forklift / Warehouse Operative

Location: Aylesford

We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Experienced Forklift / Warehouse Operative to join a fast-paced team. If you have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to safety, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Operate a forklift with an External Counterbalance licence to efficiently load, unload, and move products across the warehouse.
  2. Safely stack and store products in designated areas to maintain an orderly warehouse environment.
  3. Conduct routine checks and maintenance on the forklift to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
  4. Assist in inventory management, including stock counting and verification, to ensure accurate records.
  5. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational targets and deadlines.
  6. Adhere strictly to health and safety standards and protocols to promote a safe working environment.
  7. Participate in the continuous improvement of warehouse processes and procedures.

Requirements:
  1. Valid External Counterbalance forklift licence with proven experience.
  2. Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
  3. Ability to lift heavy items and work on your feet for extended periods.
