We are looking for an Emailing/CRM Specialist to drive and optimize our email marketing efforts across all markets, with a focus on customer retention.

What Will Be Your Responsibilities?

1. Email Campaign Strategy – Develop and execute email marketing campaigns with focus on customer retention.
2. Segmentation & Personalization – Implement advanced segmentation strategies and personalized email content to maximize effectiveness and relevance.
3. Automation & Workflows – Build and refine automated workflows, including welcome sequences, abandoned cart emails, re-engagement campaigns, and transactional emails.
4. A/B Testing & Optimization – Continuously test subject lines, content, design, and send times to improve open rates, CTRs, and overall campaign performance.
5. Performance Analysis – Monitor key email marketing KPIs (open rates, CTR, conversion rates, unsubscribe rates) and use insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
6. Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with content, design, and growth teams to align email strategies with broader marketing and business objectives.
7. Deliverability & List Health – Maintain email list hygiene and monitor deliverability rates.

What We Expect From You

Proven experience in email marketing within a D2C brand or fast-growing e-commerce business - health, nutrition, and fitness industries is a great advantage.

Understanding of email platforms and automation workflows (we have our own tool so you will learn everything during your onboarding).

Experience with A/B testing, data analysis, and segmentation to optimize email performance.

Results-driven and proactive mindset with a keen eye for detail.
