We are looking for a Real Estate BDM (Independent Contractor with ABN) to focus on securing new rental properties for our rapidly growing rent roll.

With our proven, systemized support structure, you can focus entirely on building relationships and generating new business, while our remote admin team handles all paperwork and administrative tasks.

Your Role:

Prospect & secure new rental properties for our expanding rent roll.

Build and maintain relationships with landlords, key stakeholders, investors & property owners.

Conduct appraisals, presentations, and close management agreements.

Work independently as a contractor with full business support.

What You Need to Succeed:

️ QLD Real Estate License or Sales Registration Certificate (Mandatory)

️ ABN (Australian Business Number) – You must operate as a contractor.

️ Proven experience in business development, real estate sales, or property management.

️ Strong negotiation & communication skills to close deals.

️ Self-driven, target-focused, and results-oriented – You control your success!
