Job description

We’re on the lookout for experienced, energetic baristas to join our summer events team! If you love great coffee, thrive in fast-paced environments, and enjoy being part of vibrant festivals and markets across England—this one’s for you.

What’s the job? You’ll be serving speciality coffee at a range of events—from buzzing city markets to iconic summer festivals. We’re looking for baristas who know how to keep quality high even when the queue is constant and the pressure is on.

What we’re looking for:

1. Solid experience working in high-volume, fast-paced coffee environments
2. Confident with all aspects of coffee prep: dialing in, espresso extraction, milk steaming and latte art
3. Clean, efficient and professional—especially when the crowds hit
4. Positive, team-oriented attitude (we like good vibes only)
5. Flexibility to travel for events across England (travel covered in some events!)
6. Bonus points if you’ve worked on mobile/event setups before
