We have an opening for our St James site. We are looking for a Barista who has a genuine passion for coffee and can work with a team to improve, thinking independently and being proactive is highly valued alongside customer service!

You will be working with fellow professionals who maintain high standards and values. We are one of the leading coffee shops in London, known for our approach to coffee and our customers. Fundamentals of espresso extraction and pour-over coffee are a must.

You will be provided with structure and the ethos of how Nostos coffee brews, alongside your skillset, to become a structured Barista.

Working with the latest equipment, such as Titus grinders, Slayer espresso manual brewing, water composition, and various brewing drippers, will help you grow as a Barista and fellow professional.

Our aim is to find candidates who believe in coffee and the company they are working with; taking ownership could lead to more growth in the company or your career.
