Exhibition Volunteer – VH234

Would you like to join our team of volunteers who welcome visitors to exhibitions in our lovely art deco Artspace on the Prom in Cromer?

We are looking for people to join our team of volunteers who support the smooth running of Cromer Artspace exhibitions, offering a warm welcome, a positive experience and safe environment for visitors, and ensuring the safety and security of the artwork. Most exhibitions are at our lovely art deco building on the West Prom in Cromer, and volunteers cover morning or afternoon shifts Monday to Sunday while exhibitions are on – you just sign up for the shifts that suit you. If you are comfortable talking to members of the public and are interested in art and artists, this may be the role for you. You will have the chance to meet new people, learn more about art, and support the smooth running of this lovely old building.

About the organisation:
Cromer Artspace aims to engage and inspire the local community with art in public places, encouraging audience engagement and participation by increasing the understanding of the arts. We aim to be fresh and outward looking, supporting artists and bringing works and events of quality and imagination to Cromer.

Cromer Artspace will enable projects which increase accessibility, support local businesses, and help the arts to become valued as a vital part of local life.
