Qualifications

  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement im Ausstellungs- oder Veranstaltungssektor.
  • Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte mit Budgets zwischen 15K und 50K zu verwalten.

Job Title: Exhibition Project Manager

Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum

Our client is a leading provider of exhibition and event services, delivering high-quality solutions across the UK and Europe. They specialise in the planning, design, and production of exhibition stands and live events, collaborating with top-tier clients. Role Overview

As an Exhibition Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the seamless delivery of exhibition stands and live events from start to finish. You will be an integral part of a team, working alongside Account Managers, Designers, Production Specialists, and Stand Builders to ensure projects are executed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  2. Manage exhibition stand projects from concept through to completion, including pricing, quotations, timelines, and budgets.
  3. Lead project meetings and communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
  4. Handle on-site logistics, ensuring smooth operations during build-up and breakdown phases.
  5. Ensure all health and safety documentation is completed for each project.
  6. Travel to events and client meetings as required.
  7. Maintain records and project data in CRM systems such as HubSpot and Monday.com.
  8. Oversee and mentor junior team members, fostering professional growth and development.

Key Skills & Experience

  1. Minimum of 3 years' experience in project management within the exhibition or events sector.
  2. Proven ability to manage multiple projects with budgets ranging from £15K to £50K.
  3. Strong organisational, time management, and communication skills.
  4. Ability to read floor plans and understand exhibition logistics.
  5. A proactive attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  6. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  7. Familiarity with health and safety regulations and industry best practices.
