Area: East, north and south London

Report to: Group Executive Chef

I am super excited to be recruiting for this top group who are looking to bring in a junior executive chef to support their group executive chef. This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to be a future executive chef!

The role will involve:

• Supporting sites 80% hands on
• Monitoring high standards across the groups and brands
• Recruitment, training and mentoring junior staff
• Menu development with the Group executive chef
• Food costing, food systems and food cost control
