The Company Executive Search Consultant

Since their inception in 2004, this firm has seen steady and consistent growth. Their headcount now stands at 32 in their London office, and 12 in the US, which offers the chance for relocation and collaboration with the NY office, and the chance to open a new branch in Europe or Asia.
You’ll work closely with the senior members of the team to ensure your development and skillset are closely aligned with what makes people successful. You’ll have the chance to work with leading Investment Banks and PE firms across the world, helping source board level executives that could change the face of the business world.
The Benefits Executive Search Consultant
- Base salary starting at £35k, rising to £40k after your first year, with annual salary reviews.
- Additional bonus given throughout the year for hitting your targets, taking your OTE in year one to £55k.

The Role Executive Search Consultant
- Meeting with clients to understand their company ethos, future business plans/ growth, and current hiring priorities.
- Researching the PE and IB space to ensure you understand market trends and conditions.
- Conduct a search on suitable candidates for your clients- speak with your network, headhunt on LinkedIn etc. to create a long-list of candidates.
- Work closely with your client to identify which candidates you are going to approach.
- Managing the interview process and ensuring all scheduling is done, and both parties are aware of who they’re meeting.
- Working with your Senior Consultant throughout the process, handling any reservations, advising, and negotiating the best contract for them.
- Creating a report on the process following any searches- this will help with future projects, as well as help you consult with clients on current trends.
The Ideal Candidate Executive Search Consultant
- Recent graduate with a 2:1 or above in any discipline.
- Experience working in a client or customer facing role.
- Evidence of hard work and success (academia, extracurricular, work etc.).
- Confident and articulate when speaking with high level executives.
- Driven to build a long-term and successful career.
