A successful executive recruitment business operating across a range of established and emerging sectors, Verrus has a proven track record for proactively delivering game-changing professionals to a predominantly international client base that ranges from rapid growth start-ups through to established corporations.

As an Executive Recruiter with Verrus, you’ll be responsible for meeting billing objectives through the permanent placement of mid-level to C-suite executives in a pre-defined market vertical which may dovetail with or complement our current sector specialisms of SaaS, finance, tech, legal, life science, manufacturing, construction, and natural resources.

We’re a globally-operating consultancy, so there’ll be no geographical restrictions on the scope of your recruiting activities, but you’ll nonetheless be integrating within – and benefit enormously from – an existing team of experienced consultants whose clients and candidates operate primarily across North America, EMEA, and Australasia.

What we are looking for:

  1. A minimum bachelor’s degree qualification, ideally in a business or related discipline
  2. Confident, engaging, and articulate interpersonal skills
  3. First-class written and verbal communication in English (additional languages advantageous)
  4. A bold, dynamic, competitive, and charismatic personality
  5. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and commercial awareness
  6. Self-motivation, proactivity, tenacity, and resilience
  7. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft365 products and LinkedIn
  8. The ability to multi-task and prioritise across multiple concurrent projects/campaigns

Prior recruitment, consulting, sales, or business development experience will clearly be advantageous, but this is by no means a prerequisite as full and ongoing training will be provided. Your success and advancement will be far more likely dictated by your attitude, drive, and application.
