Job description

Are you an experienced Executive Producer looking for an opportunity to lead a cutting-edge game development product? This 3-month contract (with the possibility to extend) offers the chance to drive the full production lifecycle, ensuring seamless collaboration across technical and creative teams while managing successful studio integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end production, from development to market adoption.

• Own roadmaps, delivery timelines, and daily operations of the product team.

• Partner with engineering, design, and product leadership to prioritise features and ensure high-quality output.

• Manage technical integrations with client studios using the product in live projects.

• Align with go-to-market, business development, and customer success teams to meet user needs.

• Identify risks, remove blockers, and optimise agile workflows across teams.

• Champion the product internally and externally, ensuring successful execution at every stage.

What You Bring

• 7+ years of game development experience with a track record of shipping titles in a senior production role.

• Deep knowledge of game development pipelines, especially character creation at scale.

• Experience leading cross-functional teams, aligning technical, creative, and business objectives.

• Familiarity with Unity, Unreal Engine, and character creation pipelines.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• A proactive, problem-solving mindset in a fast-paced environment.

• Passion for empowering developers through innovative technology.

Bonus Points

• Experience launching B2B products in the games industry.

• Knowledge of procedural generation, asset libraries, or AI-driven character systems.

• Background in SaaS, live products, or developer-facing tools.

• A strong industry network and insight into studio workflows.
