About The Role

Partnership Executive, Delivery

We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Liverpool FC team as Partnership Executive, Delivery.

As part of the Commercial Partnerships team, the Partnership Executive will support on and have the responsibility for LFC Partnership accounts. You will also contribute to match day operations and other Partnership events/projects, including campaign planning and other ad hoc projects throughout the season. The Partnerships Executive will maintain regular interaction with Partner contacts and help deliver the sponsorship objectives of each Partner. You will identify Partner marketing/promotional opportunities through research, creative thinking and industry-standard campaigns; they will expertly support the management and measurement of Partner marketing and promotional activities with the Club.

What will you be doing?

  • Maintain regular interaction with Partner contacts and building excellent working relationships with Partners
  • Grow trust and confidence within the Partner organization
  • Develop and maintain awareness of the Partner’s industry category
  • Help deliver the sponsorship objectives of each Partner
  • Identify Partner marketing/promotional opportunities through research, creative thinking and industry-standard campaigns
  • Expertly manage and measure all Partner marketing and promotional activities with the Club
  • Build strong working relationships within other Club departments
  • Any projects or assignments as delegated by Partnership Manager

Who are we looking for?

To be successful in this role, you will have a degree in a business-related subject or significant experience in a Partnership or Sponsorship role. You will have previous experience working in a Marketing or Sponsorship environment/role and working with external stakeholders. As well as this, you will have experience of coordinating and delivering multiple projects at any one time and ability to meet deadlines. You will have the ability to effectively prioritise time to meet multiple demands and excellent attention to detail.

The right candidate will have experience of working as part of a team and be able to work independently. You will have strong IT Skills, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will have event management experience.

Experience of working within a football or sports industry would be advantageous as well as working across multinational and multicultural organisations.
