About the role
The post offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the development of GBSH as a new academic department, as well as benefiting from the opportunities afforded by working closely with the UCL East team and being part of the larger administrative community of the Faculty of Population Health Sciences. The Executive Education Manager is a senior operations lead for the Global Business School for Health (GBSH). The appointee will work closely with the Director of GBSH in the fulfilment of their responsibilities, developing clear structures and procedures to drive forward the GBSH Executive Education portfolio. This post is responsible for two Executive Education Administration team members. This role is offered on a permanent basis. About you
You have a degree or equivalent degree or substantial relevant experience and can demonstrate a commitment to continuing professional development with a proven track record in delivering executive education programmes within a higher education setting, business school, commercial environment or other comparable setting. You will have experience in effective budgetary management including achieving annual targets. You will also have experience in business development with external clients, customer engagement, and knowledge of marketing initiatives and actions to drive interest and acquisition. You will have knowledge in managing multiple projects at different stages at the same time and will understand how to negotiate and prepare client-focused executive education programmes with a record of successful delivery.
