• Lead, mentor, and develop a talented kitchen team to ensure outstanding performance.
• Oversee all kitchen operations, from preparation to service, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Design and develop seasonal, innovative, and tailored menus to meet client expectations.
• Maintain the highest hygiene and food safety standards, ensuring full compliance.
• Collaborate with sales and event teams to craft exceptional culinary experiences.
• Manage kitchen budgets, food costs, and stock control, ensuring GP targets are met.

• Proven experience as a Head or Executive Chef in luxury catering or high-end events.
• Strong ability to create custom, bespoke menus tailored to each event.
• A natural leader with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Passionate about food, presentation, and guest experience.
• Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment while maintaining top-tier standards.
