Executive Chef

40 Hours per week

Term time only plus 4 weeks during school holidays

Harrison Catering Services is one of the UK’s leading independent catering companies, serving high-quality, freshly-cooked food to thousands of people in schools and workplaces every day.

We are looking for an Executive Chef to join one of our catering teams on a permanent basis. The position will be responsible for providing leadership in the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation, managing kitchen staff, and maintaining health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Overseeing daily kitchen operations
  2. Menu planning and development
  3. Training and supervising kitchen staff
  4. Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
  5. Managing inventory and ordering supplies

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
  2. Strong leadership skills
  3. Excellent culinary skills
  4. Knowledge of food safety regulations
  5. Ability to work under pressure
