Executive Chef – Brunch Venues - Daytime Role– 70k–80k

Location:London Multi site and Manchester
Job Role:Executive Chef
Cuisine:All-day dining, seasonal menus
Brigade Size:4–12 chefs per site

We are excited to partner with a growing restaurant group, known for its vibrant all-day dining venues across London and a new opening in Manchester.They are seeking an experiencedExecutive Chefto lead their kitchens, drive menu innovation, and support team development.

The Role:

  • Full ownership of kitchens and food direction across multiple sites.
  • Lead seasonal menu changes and development.
  • Mentor and upskill Head Chefs and kitchen teams.
  • Oversee food cost management, stock control, and supplier relationships.
  • Drive sustainability initiatives, reducing food waste and promoting ethical sourcing.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.

The Ideal Executive Chef:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Group Head Chef in a multi-site environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams (50+ staff).
  • Passion for fresh, seasonal cooking and innovative menu development.
  • Excellent business acumen, with experience analysing P&L reports and managing budgets.
  • Proficient in BOH systems, procurement, and recipe development software.
  • Hands-on approach, with flexibility to work weekends and support sites as needed.
