Sodexo’s Campus Segment is seeking an Executive Chef 3 to join our dynamic team at Bridgewater State University in Bridgewater, MA. This role oversees a large campus dining program with a major focus on retail, resident dining, and catering.

We’re looking for a creative, innovative leader who is passionate about culinary excellence, team development, and delivering exceptional dining experiences. Training and employee relations will be key focus areas, making this an exciting opportunity for a chef who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

What You'll Do

Oversee daily food production for retail dining, resident dining, and catering services. Plan and execute menus while ensuring recipe compliance and food quality meet Sodexo’s Culinary Standards. Manage food costs, purchasing compliance, and inventory controls to drive efficiency. Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are upheld at all times. Foster a culture of excellence by training and developing frontline employees. Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high-quality food standards. Utilize food management systems to streamline operations and enhance performance.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience - 3 years

Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
