We are currently recruiting for an Executive Chef at Southampton Football Stadium.
Location: Southampton
Rate of pay: Up to £70,000 per annum plus 10% on-site performance
Working pattern: 40 hours per week, 5 over 7 days
Key responsibilities
Lead the kitchen staff, ensuring everything runs smoothly. This includes training the team, ensuring cleanliness, and managing inventory to keep costs in check while maintaining quality.
Design menus for matchday hospitality, VIP events, and private functions, working with the events team to provide great dining experiences that meet various tastes and dietary needs.
Be responsible for staying within budget, controlling food waste, building supplier relationships, and making purchasing decisions that keep costs low while maintaining high food quality.
You will be responsible for 2000 hospitality clients every game and conference & events business ranging from 10 to 1000 covers.
