The Advancement Division is in search of a highly organised, proactive, and diplomatic Executive Assistant to join their ambitious team, to provide secretarial and administrative support to the Vice President (Advancement).
This career opportunity promises to be varied and fast-paced, the post holder will hold considerable and demonstrable experience as a senior Executive Assistant who has worked with staff at Board level of organisations. The Executive Assistant must be a proactive self-starter who is able to anticipate what support might be needed on a day-to-day basis and as circumstances change
What you would be doing
You will act as Executive Assistant to the Vice President (Advancement). This role provides vitally important administrative and secretarial support so as to ensure that the Vice President's time is used to best effect. Given the seniority of the Vice President, together with the nature of her role and the purpose of the Advancement Division, the Executive Assistant is also a significant ambassador for both the College, and the Vice President.

This is a full-time, open-ended role. It is currently based at the South Kensington campus but could be expected to move to the White City campus in mid-2025. Hybrid working will be considered for this role; see Imperial's Work Location Framework for further information.
