The job itself

We are looking for an organised and detail orientated individual to join the team at The Hub School as an Executive Assistant to the Headteacher and SLT who will play a key role in providing high quality, confidential and comprehensive administrative support for the Executive Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team. The successful candidate will also be a key point of contact for all school communications, ensuring these reflect the school and TEAL's vision and values.

The working hours are up to 37 hours per week, during the school term. You will also be paid for an additional 37 hours per year, which enables you to attend team meetings and training and development that sits outside your normal working hours. Your actual salary will be up to £23,424 per annum, and this is paid in 12 equal instalments over the year so even when it is the summer holidays, you continue to receive the same payment that month. What are we looking for?

We are looking for an individual who is professional, hardworking and customer focused. The successful applicant will have previous experience of working in a secretarial or administrative role requiring a high level of attention to detail, as well as experience of working with confidential information and minuting meetings.

This role will be based at our Anlaby site, however occasional travel may be required to other sites within TEAL, including our base in Welton and therefore a full driving licence or the ability to reliably travel between the two sites is essential.
