We are looking for a new member of our team to work closely with and play a crucial role in supporting our CMO — who is based in New York — as well as our UK Marketing, Releases Marketing and Influencer Marketing teams based in London. You will be handling administrative tasks, calendar management, operational tasks and a variety of ad hoc requests across various areas of marketing. We are looking for a friendly, self-motivated and solutions-oriented individual, capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced, creative environment.

This is a junior position, perfect for a highly motivated entry level or early stage careers applicant. This role is based in London and requires 3 days per week onsite at our Soho offices.

You will focus on:

1. Extensive calendar management, coordination of meetings and booking travel across time zones
2. Assisting Chief of Staff with logistics for company events, meetings and screenings
3. Liaising with Finance on expenses and company credit card reporting
4. Acting as a key point of contact for internal teams
5. Liaising with external contacts promptly and professionally
6. Managing the shipping and warehousing of MUBI merchandise and Shop inventory
7. Coordinating the arrival and distribution of printed items
8. Assisting our UK Releases Marketing, Local Marketing and Influencer Marketing teams with administrative and operational tasks as needed (e.g. event coordination, preparation of influencer gift boxes, on-site set-up, etc.)
9. Helping to keep the London marketing office maintained and well-organized

2. A hard-working, confident, communicative and friendly manner
3. Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work
4. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal teams and key external stakeholders
5. Excellent communication, written English and grammar skills
6. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other commonly used office applications
7. The ability to take personal responsibility, and display discretion when dealing with confidential and/or sensitive information
8. Passion for film
9. Previous experience providing executive-level support is a bonus
