Are you an experienced and high performing Executive looking for your next opportunity to work as the right hand person to a very successful Business Owner/ Founder?

We are working exclusively with a fast-growing FMCG business based in Central London, looking for an EA who can support an extremely busy CEO.

They are ideally looking to recruit someone with experience as an EA to an Owner/ Founder who understands the unique challenges and demands of the position.

Salary: Between £65,000 and £75,000 + bonus.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing Schedules: Oversee the executive's calendar, making appointments, prioritizing tasks, arranging travel, and organizing events.
  • Preparing Documents and Emails: Create and prepare documents for meetings, including board packs and research materials. Draft memos, emails, and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinating Activities.
  • Communicating: Serve as the main point of contact for the executive, liaising with internal and external stakeholders. Handle phone calls and respond to information requests.
  • Supporting Decision-Making: Prepare reports, analyze data, and provide insights to assist the executive in making informed decisions.
  • Managing Projects: Oversee key projects, ensuring timelines are met and stakeholders are kept informed.
