Your Mission

We are seeking a motivated and exceptionally organized Executive Assistant (EA) to support our COO in executing strategic initiatives, enhancing operational excellence, and driving organizational success. This role combines the day-to-day execution of administrative tasks with strategic project management, offering an unparalleled opportunity to gain deep insights into executive leadership and organizational strategy.

You will partner directly with our COO, acting as a strategic thought partner and ensuring the seamless operation of their day-to-day responsibilities. This role requires a mix of tactical execution, strategic thinking, and hands-on collaboration with cross-functional teams.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Leadership & Initiative Management

  1. Oversee key business initiatives from inception to execution under the guidance of the COO.
  2. Support the COO in building and implementing organizational strategies and driving alignment across teams.
  3. Analyze and provide data-driven insights on operational performance and opportunities for growth.
  4. Act as a sounding board for strategic discussions, ensuring well-informed decision-making.
Executive Support

  1. Manage the COO’s schedule, priorities, and communications to optimize their time and impact.
  2. Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items to ensure accountability.
  3. Draft and edit reports, presentations, and communications on behalf of the COO.
Operational Efficiency

  1. Design, document, and implement systems and processes that improve alignment, communication, and execution.
  2. Monitor project progress, prioritize tasks, and ensure deadlines are met across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  3. Facilitate communication between the COO and other leaders, ensuring clarity and follow-through.
Event Representation & Networking

  1. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.

Qualifications

  1. Prior experience in executive support, project management, or operations leadership.
  2. Strong business acumen.
  3. Startup experience highly desirable.
  4. Experience in management consulting or related fields is a plus.
  5. Advanced proficiency with financial models, data analysis, and reporting tools.
  6. Strong cultural awareness and ability to work with diverse teams globally.
  7. PMP certification or similar project management credentials (preferred).
