JOB TITLE: Executive Assistant to CEO

START DATE: April 2025

CONTRACT: Permanent/Employed

HOURS: 40 hours per week

SALARY: £30,000 to £35,000

LOCATION: Work from home with occasional travel to meet CEO Southampton/London

As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will be required to provide professional, high-level support and be able to stay organised within a fast-paced environment.

DUTIES INCLUDE (but not limited to):
  • Diary management: schedule meetings, arrange travel, ensure best use of CEO's time
  • Inbox management: Monitor emails, assist with responses and work with the CEO towards a Zero inbox policy
  • Event Coordination & Hosting: Assist with the hosting of at least one monthly event in London
  • Ensure follow ups to all CEO meetings have been noted and actioned
  • Ensure CEO's daily task list is complete and assist where possible
  • Maintain the CRM platform
  • Prospect clients: assist the CEO with monitoring team responses to ensure client emails are sent within a timely manner
  • Liaise with key team members on key activities
  • Attend and support meetings as required, and co-ordinate follow up actions
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
  • Minimum of 5 years EA experience
  • Exceptional Written English: A keen eye for grammar and tone to assist with high-level copy.
  • Organisation Guru: You're always a step ahead, planning meticulously and managing logistics effortlessly.
  • Relentless Reminder: You aren't afraid to remind, nudge, and follow-up, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Customer Service Excellence: You deliver "wow" moments with ease, ensuring both team and clients feel valued and cared for.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable with CRM systems, project management software, and digital platforms to track performance and project status.
  • Flexible & Agile: Able to pivot between high-level strategy and administrative tasks with speed and efficiency.
  • Southampton / Hampshire based: Ability to commute to CEO's office when needed with the flexibility to work from home.
